This is my favorite scene in Gettysburg, one of the best Civil War movies ever made...this is the scene where the 20th Maine goes charging down Little Round Top on the 2nd day of the battle.
I wonder what Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and MoveOn.org would say about the Battle of Gettysburg if they were alive in 1863 (of course sometimes Nancy does look like she was born in 1863)
Anyway, can you see the headlines when there are 50,000 Union and Confederate casualties in three days of combat....and it doesn't end the war.?
