Rules to Live By

Okay, I am a pretty structured kinda guy, the legacy of eleven years in the Navy, wearing the same thing to work, following the same NATOPS procedures in the airplane and reliving 180 groundhog days floating around on deployment.

And one of my most important rules is "Never screw when you're drunk and never vote when you're angry"

Well, the American people violated the 2nd part of that rule and are now getting screwed.

467K jobs cut in June; jobless rate at 9.5 percent

Payrolls Fall More Than Forecast, Unemployment Rises

Meanwhile, while normal schlubs are worried about their jobs, mortgages, credit card bills, etc..
our elected representatives are on their excellent adventure:
Congress's Travel Tab Swells

I grant you, the longer Nancy "Oh my God, I can't feel my face" Pelosi stays away, the better, but not on my dime, lady.

AND, on the home front, the Obamassiah continues his carefully managed "town hall" performances with his carefully planted sob story questioners.

  • The president called randomly on three audience members. All turned out to be members of groups with close ties to his administration: the Service Employees International Union, Health Care for America Now, and Organizing for America, which is a part of the Democratic National Committee. White House officials said that was a coincidence.
Yea, and if you believe that, I've got some valuable GM stock to sell you.

The American people have elected the most ideological, incompetent, irresponsible, narcissistic and corrupt Administration in history, to go along with the most leftist Congress since the end of Vietnam.

The reckoning, when the haze of Obambi's popularity wears off and people recognize him for the empty suit he is, will be awesome to behold.....assuming we are not all living in government compounds, eating out of the soup line, or wearing burkhas, the groundswell in 2010 and 2012 could be bigger than the 1994 or even the 1980 revolutions....

I should live so long....:)
